Florence L. and J. D. Bishop Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Transfer students from community college with preference to Evergreen Valley College students. 3.0 GPA

Ann Bradley Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Must be a Beta Psi Alpha Phi, 4-7 semester student in the nursing program with the highest GPA of all
eligible prospects..
Catherine Urban Scholarship for Nursing
Criteria: For a half-time or full –time fully matriculated junior or senior. Must have a GPA of at least 3.0
Ceferino and Catalina Lumactod Scholarship
Criteria: Nursing major in need of financial assistance with an interest in ethnic diversity.
Dorothy J. Carson Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund
Criteria: Student should be matriculating full-time, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and be a declared nursing major. The
recipient agrees to work no more than 12 (twelve) hours per week during the academic year. A student may receive
the scholarship more than once, and preference will be given to continuing recipients.
Dorothy Fong Lee Scholarship
Criteria: Must be a nursing major, with financial need.
Margaret Tverberg Hinman Scholarship
Criteria: For nursing majors who demonstrate an interest in gerontology or oncology with a 3.0 minimum GPA.
Emma E. Legg Memorial Scholarship Endowment for Nursing
Criteria: Students will be nominated and selected by a committee of no fewer than 3 persons selected by the
Director of The Valley Foundation School of Nursing or her/his representative. Should be full-time students, have
financial need, with a GPA of at least 3.0 Available to semester 4-8 students. Award recipients will be given a copy
of the biography of Emma G. Legg.
Haughton Family Nursing Scholarship Endowment
Criteria: Undergraduate nursing student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Three applicants shall be submitted by the
scholarship committee to Haughton family 3 months prior to award. Recipients are eligible for scholarship renewal.
Ruth E. Johnson Memorial Nursing Technology Scholarship
Criteria: Undergraduate students in nursing program who are in need of financial aid.

Diann L. Sant Nursing Endowment
Criteria: Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled in the School of Nursing with a demonstrated
financial need.
San Tomas Voiture Nursing Scholarship
Criteria: for Nursing majors in the last two years of the program with a GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated financial need.
Nursing Scholarship
Criteria: Must be a nursing major.
Sigma Theta Tau International honors society of Nursing, Alpha Gamma Chapter
Criteria: Member of chapter, funds for research and travel to present research.

Criteria: For a nursing major.
Woelffel Foundation Nursing Scholarship
Criteria: Must be a nursing major in financial need, with preferences shown to students working their way through
college.
Mended Hearts
Criteria: Undergraduate or Bridge student with an interest in critical care or an RN working in critical care.
Linda Miller Scholarship
Criteria: For a nursing major student, who is a member of the Alpha Gamma Chapter of the Nursing Honor Society
and who is in need of financial aid.
Martha Thompson Nursing Scholarship
Criteria: Student must be an undergraduate nursing major with a GPA of 3.0 or better, with an interest in pediatric
nursing.
Forensic Mental Health Association of California Scholarship
Criteria: Award is for a graduate student, majoring in nursing, social work, psychology, or majors related to criminal
justice, who has shown a demonstrated interest in the field of forensic mental health and who has a commitment
to employment in an associated area of forensics.
