That the title of the Bill and clause 1, be amended to change the year from “2008” to “2009”. 2. For Item 1, substitute― Following “namely,”, insert― “garlic, ginger, apples,”. 3. Delete Item 2. 4. Subsection 13(2) Delete the proposed subsection (aa) and substitute “(aa) a condition that the apples comply with Regulations for the importation of apples; and”. 5. Subsection 13(2A) For “being” where first occurring, substitute “garlic, ginger, apples”. 6. Subsection 13(3) Delete the words “Subsection 13(3) is repealed.” and substitute “Following “other than”, insert “garlic, ginger, apples”. 7. New subsection Amend Item 6 by deleting all words following “Australia” and substituting― “and in accordance with the Regulations.”.
