Green city – it is mentioned that materials
for the buildings are ecological but not
about energy which is needed for
containers. Maintenance – no mention
about it in the text.
Adaptability – containers are easy to
change their places even in some empty
areas in the cities. Flexible,
transformation – all buildings mentioned
in the essay are flexible and simple to
change, adapting to new situation.
Temporary shelter – because they are
cheap, they can be used as temporary
buildings. That is why they are easy to
assimilate to environment.
Social sustainability- It is not mentioned
how that container houses are going to
provide a healthy social environment for
people.

Analyze:
The text is about current situation related to our society, about the examples of existing sustainable
dwelings. The conclusion is the whole essay. The weak point of essay is that they didn’t mention their
own project in more details, e.g. vertical communication(it is lots of possibilities how to do vertical
communication, but they can mention just by few words..).
Really strong points of the project is that it is totally sustainable and flexible. The system can grow up
in every direction. Up, to the left, to the right,...
It is affordable for all, for people with low incomes, students, singles,...
It is adaptable, you can change function of each container, you can have any amount of people you
want...
