Theodore M. Pluta is a Vice President with O. R. Colan Associates (ORC). After graduating from the
University of South Florida, Ted worked at the Florida Department of Transportation in Ft. Lauderdale for
three years prior to joining the team at ORC. He has been involved in airport land acquisition and
relocation projects for twenty five years. Currently, Ted is the Principal in Charge for projects at Palm
Beach International Airport and Martin County Airport (FL). Ted is actively involved in developing and
implementing training courses in relocation. The National Highway Institute (NHI) recognized Ted as one
of three Instructors of Excellence in the United States for the year 2007. Ted is also responsible for
conducting internal training for ORC at their offices throughout the nation and is involved in marketing and
business development. Ted is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and a licensed Real Estate Salesman
in North Carolina. He resides in the coastal community of Jupiter, Florida.
