1. Introduction
With the rapid progress of web techniques, people can have better WWW
environments. It is an important issue to provide people with a more humane
environment for Web-based service. Especially, the personalized Web service,
Web2.0 is defined. Web 2.0 is revolutionizing the way that users access content
and interact with each other on the Web. In this term project, there are three
different issues about the new techniques of WWW that need to be studied, such
as Web 2.0 techniques, Web Quality of Service (QoS) and semantic Web.
