Aim: To predict resistivity and gamma ray log responses in different depositional environments. Depositional Environment Meandering River System Delta slope Evaporative Lake Turbidite -Bouma Sequence Resistivity Response upwell Gamma-ray response upwell For each of the above depositional environments, estimate what the log response will be in a direction going up the well. Complete the table above with: Increasing electrical resistivity, Decreasing electrical resistivity, Increasing gamma ray intensity, Decreasing gamma ray intensity In addition, for each depositional environment, predict the type of grain-size and compositional change going up the well (if applicable). Use as much space as needed.
