PUHOVICHSKAJA CARDBOARD FACTORY is one of the oldest enterprises of the cellulose-paper industry of
Belarus, a part of the concern "Bellesbumprom". More than 100 years our factory specializes in manufacture of thick
sheeted cardboard. Initial raw material of our manufacture is recycling paper.

Cardboard for boxes

Size: 1170 х 1030 mm – unedged;
( or according to an agreement with a customer the size 1400 х 1030 mm is available)
1150 х 1010 mm – trimmed standard
(according to an agreement with a customer the trimmed standard of cardboard can be varied)
Thickness of cardboard 1,5-2,5 mm; mass of 1 m² (depends on the thickness) no more than:
1.5mm – 1300 gm, 1.75mm – 1550 gm, 2.0 mm - 1725 gm
moisture 6-12%
main using for: manufacturing of cardboard boxes, linings, details of haberdashery goods (bags, brief cases), and
others
Additional technical characteristic of the cardboard:
1. allowed deviation throughout the length/width of the sheet is no more than +10 mm
2. absolute skew of the sheet is no more than 10 mm
3. allowed deviation throughout the thickness is +0,1\-0,14 mm
4. inflexibility under statical bend along the transverse direction (H/cm), for cardboard with thickness,
no less than, 1,5mm – 11,0; 1,75mm – 20,0; 2,0mm – 24,0

Cardboard for rigid binding (book-cover)

1150 х 1010 mm – trimmed standard
(according to an agreement with a customer the trimmed standard of cardboard can be varied)
Thickness of cardboard 1,5-2,5 mm; density no less than 0.65 gm/cm³,
moisture 6-10%.
main using for: manufacturing of binding (book-cover)

2. absolute skew of the sheet is no more than 3 mm
3. allowed deviation throughout the thickness is +0,12/-0,12 mm

no less than, 1,5mm – 11,0; 1,75mm – 20,0; 2,0mm – 24,0

4. density no less than 0.75 gm/cm³
5. Linear deformation in transversal direction after drying up to constant weight at
100-105ºС, no more than 1,2%
6. breaking point at stretching on average in two directions, no less than 20 Mpа
