Personal Career Assessment Questionnaire
Objective: This questionnaire is designed to help engineers assess their personal careers and identify gaps upon
which to focus personal improvements.
Directions: Answer each of the following questions so as to best describe your personal career. Score your answer
by circling the most appropriate answer: dt = definitely true, t = true, ttt = tends to be true, tnt = tends not to be true,

What does this mean?
This
questionnaire
was
designed
to
systematically assess those career aspects that
common experience and research reveal to be
influential in career satisfaction and success.
They are also the aspects that you have at least
some ability to influence.
