The final for the Alpe Adria Dressage Trophy (AAT) will take place in the Stud Farm
Lipica, from Friday, 26th August 2011 to Sunday 28th August 2011.

Competitors:
All tests are open, performed according to the regulations of the AAT, the FEI
general regulations and the FEI Rules for the Dressage Events.

Competition and practice arenas:
The event takes place in the Stud Farm Lipica, outdoor, sand arena, dimensions 20
x 60 m. The practice arena is also a sand arena, dimensions 20 x 60 m.
Ground jury:
The ground jury consists of judges from Austria, Italy and Slovenia.

Entry fee and Starting fee:
The AA Cup´s entry fee per horse has to be paid before the first start or at latest
before the Final`s Competition. The entry fee its:

Starting fee for the every further competition per horse: 20,00 EURO,
(Entry fees, starting fees , boxes and all other costs are to be pay in the secretariat
of AA, before leaving.)
Allocation of prizes:
I.. Allocation of prizes will be on the basis of twenty-five percent of participants per
competition . They will receive the ribbons and first three placed competitors the
honour prizes. All award ceremonies take place with the leading three riders on

horses. The 4th placed to the least placed rider must attend the award ceremony in
riding habit, unmounted. In the competition Begginers the ceremonies take place
for rider to16 year and for rider over 16 year. The prize-giving ceremony will take
place on the show-ground at the end of each competition.
II. Allocation of prizes and the proclamation for the winner ALPE ADRIA DRESSAGE
TROPHY will be in all categories as follows:
- rosettes for six of placed horses and prize money
Money prizes will be paid to competitors through a bank allocation, according to the
apposite form distributed at the secretariat and filled in by each of them. Slovene
tax regulation requires a 25 % deduction from prize money of the revenue tax.
- trophy for the first three placed participants.
- In the Class Begginers the ceremonies take place for the rider to16 year and for
rider over 16 year. The rider over 16 year receive only the honour prizes.
The prize-giving ceremony will take place on the show -ground for all categories
and with presence of all competitors ALPE ADRIA DRESSAGE TROPHY in riding habit
, unmounted on the show-ground.

Stabling arrangements its possible from Thursday, 25th August at 12 a.m.
Box reservations, electric supply reservations, cancellations its to send till Tuesday ,

departure of the horses. In the case, if box is reserved and horse not coming, you
should pay cost of box € 90,00
Box: flat rate -90,00 EURO for the competitors on the AAT for the duration of the
AAT.
-110,00 EURO for the others for the duration of the AAT.
First bedding is free.
Additional sawdust 8,00 EURO / ball
Additional hay 5,00 EURO / 20 kg.
Electric supply: 50,00 EURO upon reservation.
Box/day: on the request at the Organizing Committee. Price per horse per day
90,00 EURO.

All horses must have valid FEI passports or IDE documents:
a) IAK- Coggins test, not more than one year before arrival to Lipica.
b) vaccination against equine influenza; date, (brand) name of the vaccine and
serial number, not more than 6 months before arrival to Lipica.
c) Veterinarian documents to be submitted on the secretariat of the event in the
Stud farm Lipica at the arrival and you to take over the competition numbers for
horses.

Parking:
Car, trailer and truck park – near to the competition’s stabling
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule in order to
adjust to the number of officially registered competitors or due to unforeseen
circumstances. Any such changes will be notified on the starting lists.
The draw;
The competitors, taking part in a competition on the Friday day, must confirm the
names of the horses till at 7p.m. on Thursday. The draw of the order will take place
foreseen at 7 p.m. in the secretariat of the event by presence the one member of
Grand Jury and a Equips chef of the each country and a representative of the
competitor from each country .For the next competitions, the draw of the order will
take place on Friday and Saturday at cca. 7 p.m. Riders must confirm the names of
the horses till 07 p.m.
The riders who riding for AAT start in reverse order of results from the day before .
Competitors for the open will start after the trophy riders.
Competitors who riding open competitions LM/Pony ; LM;M;S riders individual
must give the declaration, if they will riding free style the same level in Sunday.
Music (CD) test will be probably possible on Friday and on Saturday.
