I showed the entire movie first - 9 episodes, without subtitles. Then. we watched each episode twice, the first time, without subtitles, then with. It took four class periods to complete each episode. I gave a short quiz after each. All along, we discussed and asked and answered questions. The movie takes place in Chile, but the actors are from North America, Spain and Chile. The accents and vocabulary are interesting topics of discussion. 2009-2010 - This year, I played the movie in it's entirety, with subtitles, without the packets.
