AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
NO THRU TRUCK ROUTES ON CERTAIN PARISH ROADS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13-577 adopted on October 21, 2013 created “NO TRUCK
ROUTES” and “NO THRU TRUCK ROUTES” including fines for violations thereof;
and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13-577 further states that the Washington Parish Council
will establish, as needed, the areas of Parish roads that will be designated as “NO THRU
TRUCK ROUTES”.
BE IT ORDAINED, that the following Parish roads in the locations designated are
hereby declared to be “NO THRU TRUCK ROUTES” under the provisions of Ordinance
No. 13-577:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon the signature of the Parish President and all previous ordinances in conflict with
said ordinance are hereby repealed.
