Install one (1) TG-1 Express Universal Wireless Alarm communicator: This unit allows our
Central Monitoring Station to receive alarms over the cellular network. This is much safer to use
than a standard phone line that can be cut at any time. The TG-1 Express has an app available
that allows you to arm and disarm your system from any Smartphone and can also provide
other alarm information. This agreement includes a $10.00 monthly fee for wireless
communicator air time
An additional $6.00 monthly fee will apply if app is downloaded

The total cost of this installation is $1,029.00 plus sales tax and all applicable permit fees.
Monitoring
This price based on a three (3) year Monitoring Agreement. Monitoring discounted to $15.00
per month when paid by electronic auto draft monthly from a checking or savings account,
MasterCard, Visa, Discover or paid six months in advance (non-refundable). Monitoring includes
a monthly test signal. Cellular wireless monitoring is an additional $10.00 per month for a total
monthly monitoring fee of $25.00. If app for cellular wireless monitoring is downloaded, an
additional $6.00 monthly fee will apply.
