Those interested in applying for 2016 FOOD TRUCK Membership
Enclosed is an application form for 2016 Food Truck membership in the Rural Mountain
Producers Exchange (RMPE), which operates the Fayetteville Farmers' Market. There is
potentially one Food Truck space available on Saturday and the RMPE Board will be very
selective in considering new applications. Thanks for your interest!
A $25 non-refundable application fee must be enclosed with all applications. Please
complete the forms, and answer all questions, then sign and return them ASAP with a
check payable to RMPE at P.O. Box 3076, Fayetteville, AR 72702. Applications without
checks will not be considered. Applications must be received before March 1, 2016. The
application must be signed to be considered. If you have questions, please feel free to contact
Teresa at the phone number or email at the top of the letter.
Completed applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. NOTE: After your
application is received, it will be referred to the market's Food Court Committee. Be sure to
include a draft menu and price range. If your application is accepted for further review, you will
be contacted to submit a few food samples to the Committee. If the food samples are approved,
we will work with you to arrange the time and place for Board and Committee review of the truck
or trailer at the square. After board approval, but before the first time you set up at market, we
will require copies of insurance info, licenses, tax info, health department certificates, etc to be on
file in our office.
RMPE is an Arkansas not for profit, which operates the Fayetteville Farmers' Market. The

providing a marketplace for their locally produced products.
To be eligible for membership, the vendor must reside in Washington, Carroll,
Madison, or Benton counties. After acceptance, members pay annual membership dues ($5) on
the first day of selling, plus the commission as described in attachments.
Evaluation criteria for Food Truck applications will include the following:
