“Noah is a very special boy. Right in the whelping box, he made a statement.
At 7 months of age he won a Best Puppy in Show at a large all breed show in
Minnesota.
Just before Noah turned 18 months, he started winning and nothing could stop
him. Noah finished his championship at the Badger Golden Retriever Club
Specialty with a 5 point major going Best of Breed over many top ten specials.
There was only a six month time span between Noah’s first point and his last
and I had the privilege of putting all of his points on myself with very limited
showing.
Noah earned his SDHF title when he was three years old and he got his first
Best In Show on September 5th, 2009 at age 4!
Noah is shown exclusively by Kristi Falkenthal. While Noah is with Kristi, only
breeding by AI is allowed.
Noah is beautiful dog with a correct front assembly, gorgeous wash and wear
coat, great top line, and a wonderful temperament! Noah has a beautiful
headpiece with smaller ears and no excessive flews, and a correct bite with
no missing teeth. His side side-gate is awesome with allot of reach and drive,
Noah LOVES to show!
Noah is 23 ½ inches tall . He has substantial bone and weighs 77lbs. Noah is
a joy to live with and a bit of a “momma’s boy” but I wouldn’t have it any other

3) REQUIRED BROOD BITCH INFORMATION
The Bitch Owner(s) affirms that this bitch has the following clearances and will provide copies
of such to the Stud Dog Owner prior to the breeding occurring:
 OVC and/or OFA hip clearance;
 OVC and/or OFA elbow clearance;
 Normal eye report signed by a Board Certified Ophthalmologist within the previous 12
months, or CERF;
 Normal cardiac report signed by a Board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist, or OFA “C”
clearance.
The Bitch Owner(s) will provide the Stud Dog Owner with the following pertaining to the bitch
identified above:
 Three-generation pedigree;
 Two color pictures (body profile and head shot).
 Immunization record current for DHLPP vaccinations.
4) FEE INFORMATION
The fee for Stud Service is $1500.00, $100.00 of which is required as a nonrefundable
breeding fee at the time the bitch is presented for service, or prior to the release of semen.

Fresh Extended Semen –
Should the Bitch Owner(s) request fresh extended semen:


All expenses incurred for the collection and shipment of the semen are the sole
responsibility of the Bitch Owner(s). The Bitch Owner(s) is required to contact the
servicing Veterinarian with a credit card, and expenses are to be paid directly to the
attending Veterinarian at the time of service.
Frozen Semen –
Should the Bitch Owner(s) request frozen semen:

All expenses incurred for the shipment of the semen are the sole responsibility of the
Bitch Owner(s). The Bitch Owner(s) is required to contact the servicing Veterinarian
with a credit card, and expenses are to be paid directly to the attending Veterinarian
at the time of service. A surgical implant is the procedure of choice of the stud dog
owner but not required.

An additional, non-refundable fee of $100.00 will apply to any breeding involving
frozen semen. This fee must be paid to the Stud Dog Owner prior to the semen being
released.
The balance of this Stud Service fee is due within two weeks following the birth date of
the litter, and before the Application for Litter Registration is signed by the Stud Dog Owner.
Should three (3) or less puppies be identified on the Application for Litter
Registration, the fee for this Stud Service will be charged at a rate of $200.00 per puppy
(over-and-above the non-refundable breeding fee(s) associated with this Stud Service).
Should no litter result from this Stud Service, no additional payment will be due to the
Stud Dog Owner, and there will be no further obligations on the part of the Bitch Owner(s) or
the Stud Dog Owner.
Should the Stud Dog Owner request the option to purchase a puppy from this
breeding in lieu of the Stud Service, said puppy must be:







Sold to the Stud Dog Owner for an amount equal to the stud fee (it should also be noted
that the Bitch Owner(s)’s contract will be honored by the Stud Dog Owner in the
transaction of this puppy);
First-pick puppy of the opposite sex as that being solely owned by the Bitch Owner(s), or;
Second-pick puppy of the same sex as that being solely owned by the Bitch Owner(s), or:
First-pick puppy of either sex if no puppy is to be solely owned by the Bitch Owner(s),
and;
Registered with the ‘Avalor’ kennel name included in the Registered Name, and;
Registered on a breeding contract, and;
Chosen by the Stud Dog Owner between 49 and 70 days of age.
The Bitch Owner(s) is responsible for all costs associated with the following:

Transportation of the bitch to and from the Stud Dog Owner’s residence.

Veterinarian fees required for the bitch’s care and breeding (smears, AI's*,
progesterone tests, etc.). The Bitch Owner(s) will provide credit card information to the
attending Veterinarian.
It is necessary that the Bitch Owner(s) notify the Stud Dog Owner of AI
preference by signing one of the following releases:
Artificial Insemination Release (please sign only one):

I, the Bitch Owner(s), request that any necessary Artificial Inseminations be done by a
Veterinarian and understand that I am responsible for such related expenses at the
time of appointment.

5) ODDS & ENDS
In addition to the aforementioned, the Bitch Owner(s) agrees to the following:

That the Stud Dog Owner is not required to sign the Application for Litter Registration
until the balance of the fee for the Stud Service has been paid in full.

That the bitch identified in this Agreement will not be sold while in whelp without the
prior specific knowledge of the Stud Dog Owner prior to the breeding.

To sell or otherwise dispose of all puppies resulting from this breeding with a written
contract.

To sell or otherwise dispose of all 'pet quality' or ‘non-breeding’ quality puppies
resulting from this breeding on a Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) Non-Breeding Agreement,
and/or an American Kennel Club (AKC) Limited Registration, and/or a personal
spay/neuter contract.

To provide the Stud Dog Owner with the name(s) of any individual(s) purchasing a
puppy resulting from this breeding.

To sell or otherwise dispose of all ‘show quality’ / ‘potential breeding’ puppies resulting
from this breeding with the written requirement that they must have a normal hip, elbow,
heart and eye clearance prior to being bred.

Not to sell or otherwise dispose of any puppy resulting from this breeding to any
individual(s) who resides outside of North America without the owner’s permission or to
anyone associated with creating “designer dogs” (Golden doodles). The Bitch Owner(s)
further agrees that breach of this contractual obligation carries a penalty of $25,000.00 (in
the currency of the country from which the bitch resides) per puppy sold or otherwise
disposed of outside of North America or sold to Golden doodle breeders. The Bitch
Owner(s) will pay this penalty to the Stud Dog Owner upon charges being filed in the
Country of the United States in the state of Minnesota.
All legal expenses involved in the necessary court action filled by the Stud Dog Owner will be
the sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner(s).

All puppies from this litter are to be CKC, AKC and/or UKC Registered ONLY.

Not to sell or otherwise dispose of any puppy resulting from this breeding to any type of
pet shop, broker, or volume breeder.

Every effort will be made to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the bitch
while she is in the Stud Dog Owner’s care, and any instructions from the Bitch Owner(s)
will be carefully followed; however, under no circumstance will the Stud Dog Owner be
legally or financially responsible for the bitch's actions, or in the event of injury or loss.

Uncontrollable, destructive, or aggressive behavior will be cause to return the bitch to her
Owner(s) immediately and without providing or completing this Stud Service.
