HOMING QUESTIONNAIRE
Please answer all questions fully as this information helps us to ascertain which
dog(s) is suitable for your lifestyle.
Please bear with us as we are all voluntary and it may take time for us to get
back to you. Please email us if you have not heard back within a couple of days
and you need to keep in touch with us! Please email us for updates and join us
on Facebook for updates on our dogs available!
Before you complete the questionnaire please read through our main policies:CCR do not re-home to families with children under 5years old.
CCR do not re-home to households where there are un-neutered dogs.
CCR request that any new owners of CCR puppies
attend training classes and require evidence of this!
CCR do not rehome to homes where the dog will be left for
more than five hours a day on a regular basis.
CCR only rehome to a home with a secure garden.
CCR’s current adoption fee is £150 although this may be changed depending on
the dogs age/health.

reserved or we don’t feel matches your needs, we may contact you in the
