3-D Model of a Cell
As a part of our current unit on the cell, each student has
the opportunity to create and label a 3 dimensional model of a
plant or animal cell. This EXTRA CREDIT project will be
constructed entirely at home, and due

Cytoplasm
Ribosomes
Endoplasmic Reticulum
Golgi Bodies
Lysosomes
Vacuoles
Mitochondria
Nucleus
Nucleolus
Cell Wall (plant cells only)
Chloroplasts (plant
cells only)
PLEASE DO NOT USE FOOD MATERIALS!
Suggested materials include construction paper, plastic zipper
bags, paper bags, shoe boxes, leggos, string, rubber bands,
balloons, clay, hair gel, styrofoam, and any other household
items you think will work!
