February 2004.

taking of western king prawn (Penaeus latisulcatus) in all waters
of the West Coast east of a line from position latitude 3311.50S,
longitude 13419.00E, then to position latitude 3322.00S,
longitude 13444.00E, then to position latitude 3336.50S,
longitude 13448.00E.

From 2030 hours on 23 February 2004 to 0700 hours on 28
February 2004.
