Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists http://www.rcslt.org The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is the professional body of and for speech and language therapists (SLTs) in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Speech and language therapy is concerned with all types of communication problems including delayed language, stammering, aphasia, and voice problems. Many SLTs work with people who have swallowing problems (dysphagia), which can happen after a stroke, a head injury or surgery for some types of cancer of the head, neck or throat.
