OFFICIAL RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY: The ECN/KORNS Million Dollar Shootout ONLINE
Promotion is open to Contractors, Distributors, and Sales
Representatives of ECN/KORNS during the promotion period. For
every $2,000 in order value, one “electronic bullet” (each) will be
emailed to the Contractor and Distributor and Sales Representative.
If an order is $4,000, two “bullets” will be sent to Contractor,
Distributor, and Sales Rep. A $6,000 order, will receive three bullets
for Contractor, Distributor, and Sales Rep, etc. No limit to the $2,000
increments of order value or number of bullets to receive. After the
order physically ships, Contractor, Distributor and Sales Rep will
receive their “bullets” via email and link to play the online game.

2. ODDS: $1,000,000 in GOLD over 40 years (Cash Valuation
$425,000), Overall odds per order that one of the three keys sent to
Contractor, Distributor and Rep will be a winner is 1 in 250,000.
Overall odds this promotion will have a $1,000,000 in GOLD Winner
(with 7500 bullets distributed) is 1 in 100. Second Prize: $1.00.
Odds of winning $1.00 prize are 1 in 1.
3. HOW TO PLAY: Once you receive your electronic “BULLET”, click
the link: www.shootout.winpromos.com. Enter your email address
and bullet. Click “SUBMIT”. The next page will show five cards and
gun/scope. Using your mouse move the gun/scope over the card and
click to shoot the card over. Repeat this step until all five cards have
been revealed.
In the bottom right corner are five place card holders for your Royal
Flush Hand. Every time you get one of the five cards in a clubs Royal
Flush (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and Ten), that card will appear in this
place card area.
The goal is to get a Royal Flush (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and Ten of
Clubs). As soon as you receive these five Royal Flush Cards, you
WIN $1,000,000 in GOLD! Each time you play with a new bullet, your
previous club-suit Royal Flush Cards are SAVED and will
automatically display in the place card area. Each time you get
another Royal Flush Card, you are closer to the $1,000,000 in GOLD!
Each time you play the online game, you will receive $1.00. You will
be provided the option to donate the $1.00 to one of two Charities:
Wounded Warriors or American Cancer Society. ECN/KORNS will
also match your donation to the charity. Or you can opt to have
$1.00 mailed to you at the end of promotion period.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the
winner for all prizes. The prize winner of $1,000,000 in GOLD over 40
years (valuation $425,000) has the option of immediate cash payout
of $425,000, or receive $1,000,000 over 40 years in the form of
yearly check or yearly delivery of gold bullion bars. Any service fees
for setting up annuity and/or gold bullion bars secure delivery fees are
responsibility of prize winner.

4. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the
decisions of sponsor and/or promotion agencies, which are final and
binding on all matters pertaining to this game. In the event of a winner
of $1,000,000 in GOLD, prize claim will occur with Insurance
Company. Winning Promotions, LLC will verify that the online game
was played legitimately and no tampering of any kind has occurred.
In the event of a winner where there is evidence of tampering,
programming coding errors, computer hacking, etc, prize(s) will not
be paid out.
After verification of valid winning BULLET, ECN/KORNS will arrange
for delivery of grand prize. The grand prize winner will be required to
submit a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and
confirmation that they have followed the rules of the game. The
affidavit must be signed and returned to Winning Promotions, LLC
(WP). In the event that WP does not receive these signed documents
back or determines non compliance of rules, grand prize will not be
awarded. Any prize not claimed will not be awarded. Except where
prohibited by law, the winner of all prizes consents to the use of their
name in any manner by ECN/KORNS without further compensation.
Neither ECN/KORNS nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or
related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or
expenses that the winners might incur as a result of this game or
receipt of prizes. All prizes are awarded on the condition that
ECN/KORNS and its agency, online game development company,
prize coverage contingency company, representatives, affiliates and
employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or
damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use
of the prizes. Winner further acknowledges that ECN/KORNS is not
responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee
express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but
not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. ECN/KORNS
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the
event of a data, programming or other error of any kind, sponsor
reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the promotion entirely
and not award any prizes. Contractor, Distributor, and Sales Rep who
have an order returned, may be required to return the prize won.
Contractor, Distributor, and/or Sales Rep who are no longer

employed at company before order ships, is not eligible to participate
in the online game.
5. Internet – ECN/KORNS reserves the right at its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who tampers with game card or online site,
and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game. ECN/KORNS
assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of online game. ECN/KORNS is not responsible for any
problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by
ECN/KORNS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion
on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof,
including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any
materials in this game. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately
damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the
game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an
attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from
any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
