Nominating sites on private land
Due to privacy issues associated with providing information on sites located on private land, all persons wishing to nominate such sites are asked to adhere to the following instructions.
Provide your contact details and complete the nomination form for the site. If you are nominating more than one site establish code names for each site so they can be identified at a later date, e.g. John Smith Site 1, John Smith Site 2 etc.
Do not include the landholders details, site specific details or GPS co-ordinates on the nomination form.
All information provided on the site nomination form will remain strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any other parties. Data collected from site nominations will be destroyed once analysis is complete.
Once sites have been ranked a list of the high priority sites will be forwarded to the relevant CMA. In cases where a site on private land receives funding for control, the person who nominated the site will be asked to provide contact details of the landholder to enable consultation with the landholder and facilitate implementation of the control program.
