 Responsible for arranging a 1 day symposium on Physical NMR at UiO on March 13, 2003 in
connection with professor Bjørn Pedersen’s 70 years anniversary and the installation of a new NMR
instrument at the Department.
 In collaboration with physicists at UiO and Ullevål University hospital we established a new
interdisciplinary NMR course (FYS-KJM4740; MR Spectroscopy and Tomography) for master
students and Ph.D-students in the autumn of 2001. The course was first lectured in spring 2002.
 Session chairman at the “2nd International symposium on Hi-Tech polymers and polymeric
complexes” at Zhengzhou (China), and at the National NMR meetings at Geilo (January 2000) and at
Beitostølen (January 2002), repectively.
● Invited lecturer (NMR) at the “2nd International symposium on Hi-Tech polymers and
polymeric complexes” at Zhengzhou (China), septemper 1999.
