environment! COE was visited by three foreign visitors, Joan Marler, Ron White and Stephen J.

PhD Marija Radmilovic Radjenovic (Associate Research Professor) held lecture "Modeling of
the gas breakdown in microgaps and 3D profile evolution during plasma etching" in XXVIII
ICPIG.

Plasma Sources Science and Technology received its highest Impact Factor to date (2.346) when
ISI published its Journal Citation Reports this week. This is a 30% increase on last year's result.

Installation of ESPION Langmuir probe finished successfully. Some of the Mass Analyzer
features were tested. Final installment is expected in the beginning of July.

Hiden Analytical Ltd - EQP Mass Analyzer and ESPION Langmuir probe arrived.

Laser system arrived. Installation planed for the end of July.

5th EU-Japan
Joint Symposium on Plasma Processing: Radicals and Non-Equilibrium processes in LowTemperature Plasmas was held in Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and Institute of
Physics, Belgrade. Organization of this conference was done by Laboratory for Gaseous
Electronics. Many thanks to all that helped!!!
