Instructions:

Page 2 of this document displays template 1 to illustrate one way that a nursing program can demonstrate how the core
values of the NLN 2010 framework flow through a nursing program.

Page 3 of this document displays template 1a which includes 2 additional columns. On a regular basis (perhaps every
year) the nursing program can use the template 1a to review the original document and identify if there are changes that
need to be made to the original document. In this way, the document can be kept updated on a yearly basis for your
nursing program.
