Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were
Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman & Richie Galloway.
Present and presiding, Jesse Perry, Graves County Judge Executive.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present
voting aye to approve the minutes from the previous meeting.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present
voting aye to approve the Jail Policy and Procedure Update.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present
voting aye to approve the claims as presented by the County Treasurer.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present
voting aye to approve the Jail July 2015 Canteen Report.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present
voting aye to approve the Jail July 2015 Housing Report.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present
voting aye to remove the motion from the table Regarding the Safety Ordinance Governing the
Maintenance of Burned Structures.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all member of the court present
voting aye to approve the 1st Reading of an Ordinance regarding the Safety Ordinance Governing
the Maintenance of Burned Structures.
Ms. Deana Gschwind presented the Fiscal Court with the Graves County Library’s 2015 Tax Rates
being Real Estate 5.5, Tangible Personal Property 10.24, and Documented Watercraft 3.00 per
$100.
Mr. Royce Buck with the Mayfield Graves County Animal Shelter made a presentation regarding
the needs for funds from the County.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all member s of the court present
voting aye that the regular meeting of the Graves County Fiscal Court be adjourned.
