P0105 (2-T) Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On for more than 60 seconds or right after engine startup, then test started and PCM detected a BARO sensor voltage of 4.5v or more, or 0.2v or less for 4 seconds. P0110 (2-T) IAT Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On for more than 60 seconds or right after engine startup, then test started and PCM detected an IAT sensor voltage of 4.6v or more, or 0.2v or less for 4 seconds. P0115 (2-T) ECT Sensor4 Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On for more than 60 seconds or right after engine startup, then test started and PCM detected one of the following faults: Key On: An ECT sensor signal of 4.6v or more, or 0.1v or less, either condition met for over 4 seconds. Engine running: Engine speed at over 50 rpm, the PCM detected an ECT signal that changed from 1.6v or less to 1.6v or more for 5 minutes. Engine running: ECT and IAT signals over 68dF at startup, the PCM determined that it took 5 minutes or longer for engine temperature to rise to around 122dF. P0120 (2-T) TP Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On for more than 60 seconds or right after engine startup, Closed Throttle Switch On, then test started and PCM detected a TPS signal of 2.0v or more, or 0.2v or less for 4 seconds, or with engine at 500-3000 rpm and a low load condition, a TPS signal over 4.6v for 10 seconds. P0125 (1-T) ECT Sensor Excessive Time To Enter Closed Loop Test Conditions & Results: ECT input at least 176dF, IAT input from 68-122dF, engine speed from 25003000 rpm, then test started and PCM detected that the engine did not enter closed loop after 30 seconds. P0130 – Main (2-T) HO2S-11 Circuit Fault (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Test Conditions & Results: Engine running in closed loop, then test started and fuel injector pulse-time was increased or decreased by the PCM, then PCM detected that the HO2S-11 response time was slow or the HO2S circuit was open. P0135 – Main (2-T) HO2S-11 Heater Circuit Fault (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Test Conditions & Results: Key Off, then test started and PCM detected that the HO2S-11 heater current was too low or high by a few dozen milliamps. P0136 – Main (2-T) HO2S-12 Circuit Fault (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Test Conditions & Results: Engine running in closed loop, then test started and PCM detected an open condition in the HO2S0-12 circuit. P0201-204 – Main (2-T) Fuel Injector 1, 2, 3 Or 4 Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine speed from 50 to 1000 rpm, TP sensor input at 1.15v or less, Scan Tool Actuator Test Off, then test started and PCM received no injector coil surge voltage for 4 seconds. P0300 – Main (1-T) Random Misfire Detected Test Conditions & Results: No PCM codes set, MAP at under 1.60v, engine speed 2200-2800 rpm, ECT at over 176dF, VSS input at less than 3 mph, then during the 200 rpm test, the PCM detected a random misfire in over 15% of engine cycles in a 200 revolution period, or during the 1000 rpm test, the PCM detected a random misfire in over 1.6% of engine cycles in a 1000 revolution period. P0301-P0304 – Main (1-T) Cylinder 1, 2, 3 Or 4 Misfire Detected Test Conditions & Results: No PCM codes set, MAP voltage less than 1.60v, engine speed 2200-2800 rpm, ECT input over 176dF, VSS under 3 mph: Then 200 rpm test enabled and PCM detected a misfire in more than 15% of engine cycles in a 200 revolution period in Cylinder 1, 2, 3 or 4. Then 1000 rpm test enabled and PCM detected a misfire in more than 1.6% of engine cycles in a 1000 revolution period in Cylinder 1, 2, 3 or 4. P0335 (2-T) Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine cranking, then test started and PCM detected that the CKP sensor voltage did not change, conditions met for 4 seconds. P0340 (2-T) Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine speed at 50 rpm or higher, then test started and PCM detected that the CMP sensor voltage did not change for 4 seconds. P0400 – Main (2-T) EGR System Recirculation Flow Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine run-time over 3 minutes, ECT input more than 170dF, engine speed from 19522400 rpm, MAP input from 1.80-2.70v, TPS from 0.6-1.8v, VSS over 3 mph, then test started and PCM detected no or little change in the EGR sensor signal while the EGR solenoid was toggled from On to Off during diagnostic test. P0403 (2-T) EGR Solenoid Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine running, closed loop enabled, then test started and PCM did not detect any surge voltage on the EGR solenoid drive circuit when the solenoid was toggled from On to Off. P0420 – Main (2-T) Catalyst Efficiency Below Normal (Bank 1) Test Conditions & Results: Engine warm-up finished, closed loop enabled, ECT input more than 147dF, then test started and PCM detected the Bank 1 HO2s-12 switch rate was close to the HO2S-11 switch rate, all conditions met for 3 seconds. P0421 – CAL Main (2-T) Warm-up Catalyst Efficiency Low (Bank 1) Test Conditions & Results: Engine warm-up finished, closed loop enabled, ECT input more than 147dF, then test started and PCM detected the Bank 1 warm-up HO2S-12 switch rate was close to the HO2S-11 switch rate, all conditions met for 3 seconds. P0440 – Main (2-T) EVAP System Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine warm-up finished, engine at idle speed, EVAP solenoid commanded to open and close, then EVAP Monitor Test enabled and PCM detected that changes in fuel compensation were lower than a specified amount in PCM memory. P0442 – CAL Main (2-T) EVAP System Leak Detected Test Conditions & Results: After cold engine startup, engine warm-up finished, vehicle at cruise speed, VSS input more than 20 mph, then test started and PCM detected a leak larger than 0.040” and smaller than 0.080” present in the EVAP system. P0443 (2-T) EVAP Solenoid Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine running, then test started and PCM did not detect any surge voltage on the EVAP solenoid drive circuit when the solenoid was toggled from On to Off. P0446 – CAL (2-T) EVAP Vent Solenoid Control Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On or engine running, then test started and PCM detected no current flow in EVAP solenoid circuit with solenoid commanded On; OR detected current flow in EVAP solenoid circuit with solenoid commanded Off, either met for 4 seconds. P0450 – CAL (2-T) EVAP Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Vehicle driven at constant speed of over 19 mph on level road, IAT input at 40dF or higher, EVAP purge solenoid 2 at 100% duty cycle, then test started and PCM detected a Pressure Sensor voltage of 4.5v or higher; OR with EVAP purge solenoid 1 and 2 closed, the PCM detected a Pressure Sensor voltage of 0.5v or less, all met for 10 seconds. P0500 (2-T) Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Key On over 60 seconds, or after startup, closed throttle switch Off, engine speed over 3000 rpm at high load conditions, then test started and PCM did not detect any VSS signals. P0505 (2-T) Idle Speed Control System Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine warmup finished, engine idling, then test started and PCM determined the difference between Actual engine speed and Target engine speed exceeded a value stored in the PCM. P0510 (2-T) Closed Throttle Position Switch Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Vehicle driven at 30 mph or more at least once, then stopped, engine speed at 800 rpm or less, then test started and PCM detected an Off Signal from the Closed Throttle Position Switch. P1500 (2-T) Generator ‘ER’ Terminal Circuit Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine running, then test started and PCM detected that the Generator ‘FR’ Terminal voltage remained high, condition met for approximately 20 seconds. P1715 (2-T) TCM Pulse Generator ‘A’ or ‘B’ Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine running at 500 rpm or more, Transaxle in gear (not in P or N position), then test started and PCM detected a TCM signal that indicated that a Pulse Generator ‘A’ or ‘B’ signal fault. P1750 (2-T) Pressure Control, Shift Control, TCC Solenoid Fault Test Conditions & Results: Engine running at 500 rpm or more, Transaxle in gear (not in P or N position), then test started and PCM detected a TCM signal that indicated either a Pressure Control, Shift Control or Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid fault.
