One or two breedings (bitch owner’s choice) to be conducted by artificial insemination
either with bitch and stud present on site or the stud owner providing chilled collections that have
been collected, tested, prepared for shipping, and packed for shipping by a veterinarian so
certified to perform such services. The stud fee is $1000.00. The bitch owner is responsible for
any and all veterinary fees, costs, and expenses associated with the collection, testing, and
preparation of the semen as well as the shipping of the semen or insemination of the bitch if an
onsite collection and insemination is selected by bitch owner. The stud fee is to be paid in full
prior to the first breeding to the stud owners, unless an alternate payment agreement has been
reached between the parties. Veterinary fees/costs are to be paid directly to the veterinarian
providing the reproductive services. Shipping costs (fed ex) are to be reimbursed to the stud
owner on fresh chilled shipments. If the bitch fails to whelp, a return service will be given to the
same stud or any other stud owned by Robert E. and Terrilyn Shober, on the next season of the
bitch, or to any other bitch owned by the owner of the bitch herein and approved by the stud
owners, provided notice is given to the stud owners within ten days after the litter is due. Two
live puppies twenty-four (24) hours after whelping constitutes a successful breeding and fulfills
the conditions of this stud service with the above-described bitch.
The owner of the bitch hereby warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud
dog prior to the breeding under the provisions of this contract and the owner of the bitch will
protect her from exposure following the said breeding for the duration of the fertile period of her
season. If the bitch changes ownership, right of full return service is the option of the stud
owners and is not transferable.
The requirements the bitch must meet in order to be bred to Pembroke Wally’s World are
as follows: (a) good health as evidenced by an updated veterinary examination prior to the
breeding; (b) a current Brucellosis test must be provided for the bitch; (c) a current vaginal
cytology demonstrating what stage of the estrus cycle the bitch is in and whether or not any
bacterial diseases are present in the vagina that may cause venereal diseases or problems with her
conceiving; (d) a current CERF eye examination and certification; (e) an OFA hip and elbow
displasia certification performed at two years of age or after or PennHip certification.
It is specifically understood that the owner of the stud is not obligated to sign application
for registration of this litter until and not unless the stud fee and all associated veterinary and
shipping fees and costs have been paid in full. Further, any ADDITIONAL or SPECIAL
AGREEMENTS, conditions or provisions as agreed by and between the parties of this contract
shall be so noted on this contract and initialed by both undersigned parties. Finally, the laws of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall govern this Contract. The parties herein agree and
stipulate that any legal action necessary to enforce this Contract shall be brought in a court of
competent jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The bitch owner hereby warrants to have read and complied with all terms hereinunder
provided; is fully aware of any possible or potential genetic/hereditary proponents of the stud, as
hereinunder disclosed, and of the bitch; takes full responsibility for any genetic or congenital

conditions produced in the offspring should any such conditions be produced from this mating;
and, holds the stud owners harmless should any such genetic or congenital conditions be
produced. All of the above conditions are mutually agreed upon by the bitch owner(s) and the
stud owners as evidenced by their signatures as follows:
