3. Exterior Lighting (Residential, Commercial. & BLA ): No Beaver Lake Building Permit is required for
exterior lighting which is directed toward the Dwelling and is of one hundred (100) watts or less and installed
in a manner which minimizes glare to other Lot Owners. Use of high-wattage spotlights, flood lights or
ballasted fixtures (sodium, mercury, multi-vapor, fluorescent, metal halide, etc.) are prohibited on all
residential properties at Beaver Lake. . . .
Change to:
(Remove ‘fluorescent’)
