WILLIAM TENNENT HIGH SCHOOL
SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS
This booklet describes those community and school scholarships and awards administered by
William Tennent High School and presented at the annual Senior Awards ceremony. Some of
the scholarships and awards are given through nomination and selection by a group or by an
organization. Others are given on the basis of an application process.
Part I of this booklet, which is “The Request for Application,” is due January 10th. When
applications arrive, they will be distributed to the students who requested them. Due dates on
these applications are final.
Part II of this scholarship booklet, which is “Request for Consideration,” is due on March 16th.
The due date on this part of the booklet is final. Additional information about all of these
scholarships and awards can be obtained from your school counselor. Applications for
scholarships based on financial need must be accompanied by a FAFSA, unless otherwise noted.
