The following guidelines are issued for use by
media and press representatives during the Gospel Heritage Foundation.
The Gospel Heritage Foundation requests/requires all media to be consideration of the:
 sacred, historical and traditional significance of the event;
 priority of the delegates and special guests of the event;
 limited space at some of the venues;
 security of the special guests of the event;
 need to ensure that media and press reports are timely, accurate, and appropriate;
and
 safeguard the interests of the special guests, many of who have traveled
extensively and may be fatigued after ministry assignments are completed.
Media Liaison
 Only authorized Gospel Heritage Media Representatives should be consulted
for badges, information, access or special requests.
Media Briefing
 Each day at 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p,m,, an official media briefing/outline will be
issued to provide any schedule changes. All materials are proprietary and are
not to be used in conjunction with any event or activity outside Gospel
Heritage.
Pre-Conference Assistance:
Only authorized Gospel Heritage media firms will be accountable for any
information updates, including:
 logistical and operational matters pertaining to the Conference and related
media coverage;
 arranging interviews, issuing press releases, arranging press conferences and
securing photos for any pre-conference press opportunities
 dealing with general enquiries from the public on the Conference schedule

Please NOTE:
ONLY Working Press and Accredited media will be granted conditional access to the
official locations upon notice.
Please note that not all media personnel will be granted access to all event venues.
Media passes are to be worn and made visible at all times.
Dress - All media accredited persons are requested to adhere to the dress code as required
by each event.
To be accredited, media personnel must hold valid press credentials/show evidence that
they belong to a bona fide organization, and are covering the events for the said
organization. Freelance journalists will not be accredited, unless they provide an
assignment letter from a news organization or publication. Gospel Heritage reserves the
right to reject accreditation applications as well as cancel any media passes or limit
access to Gospel Heritage-sponsored meetings and events.
Gospel Heritage is not responsible for the safety or security of any equipment brought
into any Gospel Heritage event or setting.
Gospel Heritage limits two press registrations per publication or organization.
Exhibitors and representative firms may not display or distribute promotional or press
materials in Gospel Heritage-sponsored press rooms/centers unless previously approved
by communications department.
Advertising, sales, public relations, and marketing representatives will not be registered
as press. Any individual with a press badge who sells, markets or represents a company
for the purpose of obtaining advertising or subscriptions from any registrant or exhibitor
or who violates any other Gospel Heritage rules and regulations immediately forfeits
press credentials.
Media representatives with press registrations are granted access to the exhibit area, and
the general assembly (some require payment). Media representatives are not allowed to
attend entire seminars/classes.
Live broadcasts from any Gospel Heritage event may not occur without written consent
from the Gospel Heritage Chair-Dr. Teresa Hairston.
Filming, photographing and live broadcasting of any kind on exhibit floors at Gospel
Heritage events is allowed at the Gospel Heritage Chair-Dr. Teresa Hairston.
Camera crews and photographers shall always be escorted by Gospel Heritage
staff/volunteer.
