1) New York State 4-H Horse Show Rules for 2015 will be used. Anyone attending this show is advised to
obtain the current rule book online at “ANSI.cornell.edu”, click 4-H, click Horses.
A 2014-2015 Coggins will be required upon registration each day along with a 2015 Rabies Certificate.
4-H RULES MANDATE APPROVED HEADWEAR/FOOTWEAR WHILE ON A HORSE
2) Showmanship at Halter Class will be held first in the morning. The Judge will be responsible for submitting
a pattern that will be posted prior to the beginning of the class and he or she will be the only Judge.
3) In the English Division, jumping classes will be held immediately following the Showmanship Classes. The
allotted time according to the rules will be made available for warming up.
4) Gymkhana classes will be held in both arenas (indoor & outdoor), weather permitting, to expedite the show.
5) Dressage and Trail will run only at specific times as announced that day in areas surrounding the main arena.
Maximum 3 dressage classes allowed and must be consecutive. Dressage readers will be optional.
6) If you wish to stable with a particular person/persons please note this on your entry form and MAIL
THEM TOGETHER.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS will be available. You may arrive anytime after 6:00pm. on Friday
night, July 10th, but no later than 10:00 p.m.. Saturday the barn will be available from the finish of the horse
show until 10:00 p.m. for overnight arrivals. Your cooperation will be appreciated. All 4-H'ers staying
overnight MUST HAVE an adult chaperone and he/she must be designated on your entry form.
Electrical hookups for trailers will be available for a fee through Niagara County representatives only, to be paid
upon arrival.

STALL FEES: $20 per day or $30 for the whole weekend. $5 refund if stall is cleaned before leaving. A day
fee covers from Friday pm to end of show on Saturday as one day or from Sat. pm to end of show Sunday.You
must provide your own bedding. There are a limited number of stalls available on a first entry received, first
serve basis.
