crafted exterior to the opulent cabin design. The launch of Lexus high-performance hybrid sedan
also marks a new era that blends thrilling dynamic power with world-class eco-friendly

Building on the great success of the LS460 and LS460L models, Lexus is now poised to launch
the new 2013 luxury hybrid flagship sedan LS600hL and LS600h F-Sport, reflecting the
essential heritage of True Luxury. The innovation in combining and harmonising
high-performance hybrid system with ultimate luxurious driving pleasure leads the trend in
superb luxury sedan engineering.
Crown Motors Limited played host to a launch ceremony earlier for the new Lexus LS600hL and
LS600h F Sport at the Lexus showroom in Wan Chai, drawing scores of media representatives
and VIP guests. Mr. Cedric So, Managing Director of Crown Motors Limited, gave a speech to
open the event. The Deputy Chief Engineer of Lexus LS, Mr. Satoru Ohsaku, was invited from
Japan to unveil the magical charm behind the two new models. A toasting ceremony near the end
of the event helped wish for continued success with the new Lexus LS in 2013.
Dynamic Power
The new 2013 Lexus LS600hL and LS600h F-Sport are equipped with the latest hybrid system.
The excitement of speed and dynamic performance are generated through the combination of a
V8 5-litre 32-valve DOHC dual VVT-iE engine and high performance electric motor that
dominates with a 444PS total system output. These automotive gems also feature All Wheel
Drive systems that deliver flexible and smooth control on the road. Both models are available
with a total of 6 driving modes: EV Mode, Eco Mode, Comfort Mode, Normal Mode, Sport S
Mode and Sport S+ Mode. EV mode effectively reduces fuel consumption to 11.6km/L and
reduces carbon dioxide emissions down to 199g/km, an exclusive advantage only hybrid models
can achieve. When driving entirely in electric mode, the result is zero emissions, creating the
ultimate environmentally friendly private car.
Modern and Domineering Design
Inheriting the Lexus LS distinguished breathtaking style, the new 2013 Lexus LS600hL applies
the biggest spindle grille in its entire family- “King of Spindles”, a truly domineering front grille
design. Both models use a full complement of 3 lights combined with specially crafted LED
headlamps. These work in tandem with Lexus’ unique arrowhead daytime running lamps and
Lexus' first 12-LEDs turn signal lamps for an overall style that is both stylish and vivacious.
Integrating Lexus LS’s creative luxury cabin design, the new 2013 LS600hL incorporates the
renowned ‘Shimamoku’ ornamentation steering wheel that undergoes 67 manufacturing steps
over the course of 38 days to create an exquisite masterpiece of workmanship. This breathtaking
steering wheel blends seamlessly with the elegant lines of the instrument panel, creating an
impression of cutting-edge elegance. The new stylishly designed shift knob and Lexus second
generation remote touch as well are crafted from high quality aluminum and genuine leather; it’s
the perfect synergy of chic fashion and aesthetic grace.
Luxurious and Advanced Equipment
The Lexus LS series is known for its luxurious state-of-the-art interior equipment. On the new
2013 Lexus LS600hL and LS600h F-Sport, driver and passengers are pampered with

expansive 12.3-inch high resolution multi-media monitor and Mark Levinson Reference
Surround Sound System that has undergone over 2,000 hours of fine tuning. Also equipped is the
world's first Lexus Climate Concierge and Nano-e™ System.
As a glowing engineering triumph of the Lexus LS series, the new 2013 Lexus LS600hL
advanced Rear Seat Entertainment System includes a Blu-ray disc player and a 9-inch VGA
screen, allowing rear seat occupants to enjoy watching high quality photos or movies. Moreover,
the LS600hL is equipped with an Ottoman function in the rear seat that features a pneumatic
pressure-driven massage function. These refinements and much more offer first-class comfort
that ensure unmatched pleasure and comfort on every trip.
The new 2013 Lexus LS600hL enjoys an envied reputation as "the world's quietest luxury sedan",

The Unbeatable New 2013 Lexus LS600h F Sport
The premier performer of the LS Series, the new 2013 Lexus LS600h F Sport is fitted with a
brand new sport suspension system, designed by the Lexus supercar LFA team, and features
Brembo brake disc and brake calibre providing the direct response and excellent stopping power
befitting performance. The high-performance air suspension applied to the LS600h F Sport’s
front and rear frame, together with the Active Stabilizer and the 10mm reduction of body’s height,
leading to better driving stability and sensitivity, and also greater dynamic driving pleasure.
The new 2013 Lexus LS600h F Sport is equipped with a number of unique designs that create a
strong sense of sports car on the inside and out. The car body’s smooth dimensional lines
coupled with an exclusively crafted front grille plus the unique F Sport exclusive emblem on
both sides of the body combine with the 19-inch forged aluminum wheels to create a sharp
outline and a dynamic and aggressive appearance. The interior is decorated with F Sport metal
compartments decorated with an exclusive emblem-attached leather steering wheel and
aluminum pedals that highlight this car’s unique racing character. The exclusively designed seats
on the F Sport are upholstered in soft and comfortable perforated leather with firm upper body
holding capacity; adding an even more comfortable driving experience on the road.
