Stephen G. Hartle, Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the Ohio and Florida markets, National City Bank’s Private Client Group Steve is responsible for the marketing and delivery of wealth management services, including investment management, trust and private banking services. Steve began his career as a management trainee with First Seneca Bank in Oil City, Pennsylvania. He was promoted to senior vice president of the bank’s marketing and planning department, and later held the same position at Pennbancorp, a newly formed multi-bank holding company. With the formation of Integra Financial Corporation of Pittsburgh, Steve was named senior vice president of marketing followed by a promotion to the additional title of executive vice president of Integra Trust Company. He was named president of Integra Trust Company and elected to its board of directors in 1994. Following Integra’s 1996 merger with National City Bank and prior to his current position, Steve was managing director for the state of Pennsylvania. Steve is a past member of the board of directors of the Pittsburgh Children’s Museum, the Pittsburgh Symphony, and currently a trustee of Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate and past board member of Leadership Pittsburgh. Steve’s wife, Jean, is a graduate of Clarion University and is actively involved in community volunteerism. They have two daughters attending college. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys golf and travel.
