House Landscaping Services uses only the latest equipment in landscaping. All of our equipment
operates at, or below, 85 decibels. These machines were created with the purpose of
maintaining a noninvasive work atmosphere.
Our equipment also fully follows OHSA’s standards of
operating at 85 decibels in an 8 hour day.
All of our employees must wear OSHA approved hearing
protection at all times. They must also wear the
designated House Landscaping uniform. This insures that
our employees remain safe, and represent the House
Landscaping name with dignity. Our employees must also
pass a rigorous background and drug test.
Proposal Highlights for Augusta, Oregon
House Landscaping Services has evaluated the request by Augusta, Oregon. Our evaluation
includes proposal for landscaping the following areas:



5 miles along Route 24 (including medians and sidings)
10 acres in Willoughby Park
23 acres at Augusta Memorial Golf Course.
The dates for landscaping are May 30th though September 30th. These dates are subject to our
seasonal rates (see detailed rates on the next page).
The proposed area could be maintained weekly. A detailed schedule is included on the
following page. The schedule has been arranged to reduce disturbance of Augustinians.
House Landscaping Services has evaluated the proposed area. Our company guarantees that it

Our company provides liability insurance for all of our customers. This insurance covers any
accident on the job. The policy covers workers, citizens, and personal property.

million dollar liability coverage beginning the first day of work.
The following is the Landscaping schedule for Augusta, Oregon.
The first mowing would be on Monday, May 30, 2008. The last mow of the season will be
September 30, 2008. The schedule we created would not inconvenience citizens.

Burlington Park in Cottati, Oregon has been maintained by
House Landscaping Services for five years. Burlington Park is 5
acres large. The park is maintained weekly. In 2007 it was
