So this year Bloomsday will be the longest ‘day’ of the year! JAMES JOYCE CENTRE, 35 NORTH GREAT GEORGE'S STREET Straight from the pages of Ulysses, the most historic breakfast in Dublin will be served at the James Joyce Centre Come join us to celebrate Joyce's comic masterpiece, Ulysses, and share Leopold Bloom's celebrated morning. Guinness and a traditional, full Irish Breakfast will be served as actors delight with readings and song. HIMSELF AND NORA 16th JUNE 2007 8PM JAMES JOYCE CENTRE, 35 NORTH GREAT GEORGE'S STREET HIGHLIGHTS FROM A NEW MUSICAL by composer/lyricist Jonathan Brielle For one night only, audiences in Dublin will have a sneak peak at a new musical headed for London's West End and for Broadway. On Bloomsday evening, 16th June, at 8pm Jonathan Brielle will present highlights of his new musical, Himself and Nora. Brielle is determined to bring the real-life story of Nora Barnacle and James Joyce's love, laughter and song to Dublin before his next full scale production. Tickets € 15 / €12 conc. The Trials of Ulysses tells the story of Joyce's epic novel, Ulysses. BLOOMSDAY CABARET & PERFORMANCE 13th June 2007 8pm JAMES JOYCE CENTRE, 35 NORTH GREAT GEORGE’S STREET In the unique documentary film, Bloomsday Cabaret, Moulin Rouge meets Bloomsday in a fascinating exploration of music in the life and writing of James Joyce. Molly Says No ! is a dramatic recital, which aims to show a different side to Joyce's heroine, Molly Bloom.
