This is a drawn physical representation of your Animal Superhero.

Main Powers must be based upon:

Physical/Structural characteristics which separate it from others within its taxon.

Biochemical characteristics which separate it from others within its taxon.

Weaknesses must be based upon:

Limits to Physical/Structural characteristics which separate it from others within its taxon.

Limits to Biochemical characteristics which separate it from others within its taxon.

Mode of Transportation must be based upon:

Arch-Villain Poster Design

You must include a design of an Arch-Villain who is either a predator or competitor for resources . You must explain the arch-villain’s motivation for being evil! Her/His motivation must be based upon ecological characteristics:

What would be the perfect Biome for your Arch-Villain?

How would they change the world to make it the perfect Biome for them?

What would it take to maintain their perfect world?

How could your superhero disrupt their plans?

The ecological (or Biome) characteristics must include:

Abiotic factors- Temperature, Precipitation, Altitude, Climate?

Biotic factors- common animals, common plants, food web, interactions?

Poem- Student uses researched taxonomic information as the basis of their poem. Student uses researched ecological information as the basis of aspects of their poem. There is clear, concise and convincing information that the student utilizes researched information as the basis of their poem.

Presentation/Enthusiasm- Use of musical accompaniment during presentation. The poem is memorized. Student creates and presents their poem in the superhero's costume.
