Checking out in the morning hours will not incur cost for that day,
Checking out in the afternoon hours will be billed for a full day visit.
Sunday’s will be a standard full day fee. (Think of the pricing as if you where at hotel)

You must call to book your pet’s arrival and departure. We cannot guarantee that if you just show up during our open hours if we will
have room for your pet. Save yourself the aggravation and always call or email to book your time.
Things you need to remember for boarding your family member with us. Bringing the below items will help your pet adjust to staying
with us. Less stress begins with familiar things
Bring enough food for the duration of the visit
Bring their bed or a blanket to sleep on. (Something that smells familiar to home)
Bring a toy for them to play with
Snacks (optional)
Canine Guests -All canine guests must have their yearly vaccinated which includes Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus,
Hepatitis, Para influenza, Coronaviruse and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Feline Guests -All feline guests must be fully vaccinated including Rabies, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, and Rhinotracheitis.
All vaccines must be current and signed vetenarian papers must be shown during check in.
We treat all our dogs & cats like family, because that is just what this is, a family business!!

My signature on this document indicates that I have read it and clearly understand all of its terms. In consideration of Cassidy Lake
Boarding Kennel Ltd. agreeing to board my animal for the price as stated, I agreed to the follows
1. I will be responsible for the actions of my dog if it causes any damage whatsoever, including but not limited to damage or injury to
other dogs, people, or objects while in the care of Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd..
2. Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd. is not responsible for any injury to, or damage, whatsoever caused to or by my dog while it is
in the care of Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd..
3. To indemnify Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd., and its employees and servants from any loss, injury or damage they may suffer
as a result of the actions of my dog.
4. My dog is suitable to be in the care of Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd. and is not aggressive toward people or other animals.
My dog is obedient and capable of following instruction.
5. I understand that there are risks involved in having my dog cared for by Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd.. In the event of illness
or injury, I authorize Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd. to take my dog to the nearest vet considered to be the most suitable by
Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd.. I agree to pay all vet care required or advised, in the opinion of the vet, to the amount of $500. If
the required care will exceed that amount, I know that Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd. will try to contact me at the telephone
numbers I have given in this waiver. If they cannot reach me. Cassidy Lake Boarding Kennel Ltd. is authorized to use their best
judgment in deciding whether to go ahead with any form of treatment recommended by the vet, whether the cost of such treatment
exceeds $500 or otherwise, and I agree to pay for all such care.
6. I understand that having my dog in the company and environment of other dogs may involve risks regarding the contraction of
illness. I understand that even regular vaccinations cannot completely guard against illness and disease, and that Cassidy Lake
Boarding Kennel Ltd. cannot in any way prevent, nor are they responsible for, any illness that my dog might contract.
7. I will ensure that my dog is, and will be kept currently vaccinated.
8. I agree to provide proof of current vaccinations when requested.
