Surrounded by the gentle hillsides of the Finger Lakes Region, and nourished by
Canandaigua Lake, lies the gentle and nostalgic village of Naples. Naples remains
true to its small town rural appeal and dedicated to the grape — the universal
attraction to all regions of the Finger Lakes — with wineries too numerous to
count and vineyards stretching to cover every hillside.
Naples is one of the few places where you don't have to drive more than a couple miles for a nice dinner out,
live theater, or a nightcap. In fact, most entertainment can be found within walking distance.
A historical property belonging to a beloved era of beautiful architecture and luxury
appointments, MONIER MANOR has stood since the mid 1800's. Within the house,
guests will find four intimate guest rooms professionally designed and decorated to
please the most discriminating traveler. Outside the inn, there are beautiful grounds,
perfect for relaxing or an intimate gathering of friends and family.
MONIER MANOR LUXURY

The parlor is located on the first floor, and includes a working marble gas fireplace,
original plank wood floors, antique grandfather clock, genuine oriental carpet and
comfortable seating. The dining room (located behind the parlor), although formal
with its stunning crystal chandelier, is also inviting. Featuring original plank flooring, genuine oriental carpet
and fabulous food every morning for breakfast, the dining room also houses the reading library of several books
to choose from. Upstairs in the grand hallway, there is a small refrigerator with complimentary sodas and space
for guests' use as well as a microwave and microwave popcorn and coffeemaker.
BREAKFAST
A wonderful homemade breakfast is served. We usually serve at 9:00 am, but
we can be flexible to fit your needs. Always made fresh, breakfasts feature
locally grown produce and products and reflects the innkeepers' love of good
food with special meals like strata, vegetable and cheese tart, frittata and fresh
bacon or sausage. All meals are made from scratch. The menu is cooks choice
and varies daily to take advantage of the freshest foods available in the region,
each season of the year.

Rich fabrics and furnishings, stunning use of color and décor…it is simply

queen bed, private bath, marble fireplace, original chestnut floors, oriental carpet and Victorian period
furnishings of rich reds and deep blues. Watch the sun rise over the hills from your window-or sip wine up in
the cupola with a forever view of the area-it just doesn't get any better!
ELEGANCE
Classic good taste and style are what "elegance" is all about. A king size bed
in front of a beautiful remote controlled marble fireplace with a large leather
sofa and satellite TV and a mahogany chest of drawers. Fabulous original
flooring covered with a massive oriental carpet from Persia and showcasing
décor that is timeless in its beauty. Traditional soft reds, gold and green
surround the original brick from in the fireplace. In the grand hallway, you
will see a small refrigerator and microwave for guest use, or go upstairs to
the cupola and treat yourself to a fabulous view of the valley. All of the
usual amenities you expect in an upscale B&B await you for your stay in
"elegance".
SERENITY
Gold tapestry linens cover a four poster queen bed, a massive carved armoire hides the satellite TV, the dreamy
fireplace blazes in the corner-high enough on the wall to enjoy the display from your bed where you control the
flames with a remote control. Sounds like a great way to unwind and enjoy life. Visit Serenity and come away
refreshed and recharged. All of the amenities of the other rooms including your private bath await you in this
lovely & peaceful setting.
INDULGENCE
All of the rooms at Monier Manor are extra large-Indulgence just "kicks it
up a notch". Decorated in rich deep gold and burgundy, with a newly
installed glorious bath complete with Greek soaking tub and tile shower
with a rainshower faucet, a 35' TV with satellite and cozy remote controlled
corner fireplace in front of the king size bed. Enjoy your views of the
vineyards and surrounding hillsides from the huge bay window. Of course
as in all rooms, you have the CD player, private bath, central AC, robes,
designer linens and down comforters, all wrapped up in some of the most
beautiful colors and fabrics to be found in the Finger Lakes.
RATES
Single Night Rates: Indulgence $190, Opulence $180, Elegance $180, Serenity $160. A two-night minimum
stay is required June 13th through November 30th.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS



MC/Visa are accepted to hold reservations and as methods of payment.
If you wish to pay by check or cash, 50% deposit must be received 2 weeks prior to your arrival to
guarantee your room.
Should you have a need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at 585-374-6719 at least 14
days in advance of your scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by time of year
and number of nights booked. Off season and midweek cancels with less than 14 days notice are subject to
a minimum of one night and a maximum of 100% penalty depending on our ability to rebook your room.
All cancels are subject to a $25 charge. Cancels during high season or holiday weekends are subject to
minimum 50% and maximum 100% of booking for cancels with less than 14 days notice depending on our
ability to rebook your room. A portion of this charge may be used on a future stay. Call to discuss your

Please use front door for check in.
Parking is available at the rear of the house and on the street.
Check in time is normally after 3PM. Let us know if you will be arriving after nightfall.
Check out time is 11AM on weekends, Noon on Mondays.

The fireplaces are self contained and we will show you how to use them properly upon check in
Please feel free to enjoy the front parlor with its pretty fire or help yourself to the reading library in the
dining room.
In our upstairs hallway outside your door is a microwave and small guest refrigerator stocked with
complimentary soda and microwave popcorn for your enjoyment if you want to watch a movie in your
room.
