ACE BIO-KLEAN AEROSOL (BKA) is a portable, bio-degradable, bioenzymatic, non-acid foam coil cleaner that penetrates deep into air
conditioner and heating coils to loosen and remove grease, dirt, lint and
grime.
Formulated with live bio-enzymes to breakdown organic coil contaminants
such as grease, fats, etc. Eliminates odors and stains. Contains pleasant
fresh clean scent.






No-Rinse Formula - leave on evaporator coil for condensate to wash off.
Contains "live enzymes" - keeps drain pans and lines clean, block and
odor-free.
Bio-enzymatic action-destroys mold/fungus stains and odors.
Pleasant citrus fragrance - deodorizes as it cleans.
Ideal for hard to reach places - wall and window air conditioners,
refrigerators, ice machines, freezers, etc.
DIRECTIONS for USE: Protect all electrical equipment/parts with plastic
wrap. Spray area thoroughly. Foam breakdown and dirt absorption indicates
when surface ready to be flushed clean. For stubborn build-up, repeat
process if necessary.
SAFETY: If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Seek IMMEDIATE medical
attention. For eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek
IMMEDIATE medical attention if irritation persists.
CAUTION: Contains Viable Bacteria Culture and LP Gas. Do not store at
temperatures above 1200F. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
