By submitting the Paper to the journal PEDOSPHERE, all coauthors have been informed of the contents of the Paper and agree to its submission, and the Author (Authors if a multi-authored paper) has the right or has obtained authorization to sign below.
Copyright to the Paper is hereby transferred to the Soil Science Society of China, through the Editorial
Committee of PEDOSPHERE (the Editorial Committee), if and when the Paper is accepted for publication.
The copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to:
 Reproduce, publish, communicate and distribute the Paper, or any part of the Paper, to the public in any and all media, whether existing before or after the date of this Agreement, including pre-publication, reprinting, translating, other forms of reproduction, e.g.
by photocopy, microform or
 other means, including machine-readable forms like CD-ROM, DVD, electronic storage and publishing through Internet and other data networks and other forms of distribution worldwide;
Approve fair and reasonable permission requests from the third parties to reuse material contained in the Paper for the purpose of study, research or subsidiary publication.
The author warrants that the Paper :
 Has not been published before;


Is not presently being considered for publication elsewhere;
Does not violate any intellectual property right of any person or entity;
 Does not contain any subject matter that contravenes any laws.
An author retains the right to:
 Use his/her article published by PEDOSPHERE available on a personal home page or for non-commercial purposes within his/her institution provided the source of the published article is cited;




Use the Paper for further research and spoken presentations;
Use the Abstract of the Paper for any purpose;
Use the illustrations and research data in his/her own future works;
Use the Paper within his/her institution for teaching purposes;
 Share print or digital copies of the Paper with colleagues for their personal use or study.
Submission of the Manuscript does not guarantee publication. If the Manuscript is rejected or is withdrawn prior to acceptance by PEDOSPHERE , the Agreement will be null and void.
