There are many benefits and drawbacks of sexual and asexual reproduction for the
species that practice them. One is genes. If you reproduce asexually it benefits you
because if your parents have good genes, you will get the exact same ones. If you
reproduce sexually it can go either way. If your parents have bad genes it is good,
because you might not get them, but if your parents have good genes, it might be bad,
because you might not get them. Another example is time. It benefits asexual
reproduction because it is faster, but draws back sexual reproduction because it takes
longer. Another example is parents. If you reproduce asexually is hurts you because you
have one when parent, when it benefits sexual reproduction, because you will have two
parents. This tells that there are some advantages and disadvantages of sexual and
asexual reproduction.
