1 Hunter Archaeological Society Index of Transactions This Index, originally compiled by Derwent Levick in 2007, is being kept up to date by adding the latest contents as Transactions are published. It can be searched for keywords using Edit/Find. It includes obituaries and some pedigrees; it does not include some very short notes, details of excursions or book reviews. The last index to volumes 1-7 was compiled by FL Preston in 1958, in alpha subject/place order. In addition to this listing of articles in the Society’s printed Transactions, there are books and journals in the Local Studies Library logged in the catalogue as having belonged to the Hunter Collection (see Walton, M Vol 13; the Collection was reviewed in 2008) in the Sheffield City Central Library, Surrey Street, Sheffield S1, and additional material belonging to the Society in the Sheffield City Archive on Shoreham Street, Sheffield S1 (see Short, CM Vol 13). Volumes were published in the following years: 1 1914-18 9 1964-69 2 1920-24 10 1971-79 3 1925-28 11 1981 4 1929-37 12 1983 5 1938-43 13 1985 6 1944-50 14 1987 7 1951-57 15 1989 8 1958-63 16 1991 Author Area 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 1993 1995 1997 1999 2001 2003 2005 2007 Title Vol Page A Collection of Drawings by W.
