TO THE APPLICANT:
FRIENDS OF LIVONIA EDUCATION FOUNDATION is a community-based organization with the
purpose of providing the students of Livonia Central School the opportunity to have the very best
educational experience. One way that this is accomplished is by providing financial assistance to Livonia
High School seniors and alumni for post-secondary education. This year, the Foundation will be
awarding five scholarships of $500.
Please complete this application, following all directions and return it completed, along with a copy of the
Financial Aid award letter you received from the college to which you are attending to the Counseling Office
by Wednesday, May 27, 2015. The Scholarship Board, sub-committee of the Friends of Livonia will review all
applications and will select the students who will be receiving the scholarships. If needed, the scholarship
committee may set up interviews with the finalist to help determine scholarship winners. Recipients will be
announced at the annual Scholarship Award Night, with payment of the scholarship after the successful
completion and proof of the first semester.
