(b) The meaning of the words printed like this is set out at the end of the service description for the relevant service or in the consumer terms or SME terms (as applicable to you). NATIONAL SPECIAL ROUTES 'Special route' national calls are calls between any two of the following cities. The Charging Zones that define each city are listed below. The charging point for each city is that of the principal charging zone which is bold in the list below (for example, Gold Coast uses the Tweed Heads Charge Point). Distances for calls between cities set out below is calculated using these charge points not those for the individual charge zones.
