Rules for Registering a Litter of Puppies
**All Faxed and Emailed Applications will be charged the Rush Service Fee Effective 8-1-13**
1. Both Sire and Dam must be NKC registered before the litter can be registered. If the sire and/or dam are not NKC
registered, registered in the current owners name or have not been given a registered name; send in their appropriate
registration papers along with this litter application.
2. The NKC will not process a litter application if puppies are over 1 year of age.
3. Please PRINT clearly, as we cannot be responsible for errors.

The registration fee for the entire litter is $20.00. (Regardless of the number of puppies) You will receive papers with the
sire & dam listed. You can name and permanently register a puppy with the extended pedigree at the same time as registering the litter
for an additional fee. The 3-generation pedigree option is $23.00, the 4-generation pedigree option is $30.00 and the 6-generation
pedigree option is $40.00. These fees’s are per puppy in addition to the registration fee. If you choose to purchase an extended pedigree
on a puppy, list the puppy’s full name on the appropriate line above and write 3-gen, 4-gen or 6-gen in the box next to the name.
