We are writing to invite you to the next meeting of the Scottish Renal Association to be held in Glasgow at the
Radisson Blu Hotel on Friday 29th and Saturday 30 th of November 2013. There will also be a teaching session on the evening of Thursday 28 th November 2013 for trainee & non-consultant grades.
Registration
For catering purposes, the Hotel need to know the numbers attending in advance. Please return the attached registration form together with payment by Friday 1st November 2013 and by email to catriona.adair@nhs.net
if booking after this date. Registration on the day will not be possible.
Submission of abstracts
Please send abstracts as an email attachment. Medical abstracts should be submitted by 5.00pm on
Friday 1 st November to catriona.adair@nhs.net

Receipt will be confirmed by email. To encourage abstracts from less experienced presenters we try to accept all submissions, unless their primary purpose appears commercial. Abstracts must fit on one page and be in Arial 12 font . At the end of your abstract please declare the source of any funding for your work and any conflict of interest . Nursing abstracts, for oral presentation, should be emailed to Sean McArtney by the same date at sean.mcartney@nhs.net
. We need the abstracts before this deadline to make up and issue the programme.
Dinner and Ceilidh
The Scottish Renal Association Dinner and Ceilidh will be held on Friday 29th of November 2013 at the
Radisson Blu Hotel. Please complete and return the attached Dinner Reservation Form together with payment and confirm the booking by telephone/email if reservations are posted after Friday 1st November 2013. No dinner reservations can be accepted after Friday 22 nd November 2013 . If you are unable to keep your dinner reservation please inform Catriona Adair on the number above . Unfortunately you will be charged for dinner cancellation after Friday 8 th November 2013.
