Collect vocabulary and its genders from posters on the wall
Learn to apply definite and indefinite articles to nouns (knowledge of gender and number needed)
Work out which sports these items are for, then use dictionary to find out what is needed for some other given sports. Make a class vocab sheet.
Human dominoes – use them in a big space to classify by gender, number and article. Then match them up in a big circle
Study two Spanish athletes, for example Carolina Rodríguez (rhythmic gymnast) and David Cal (canoeist) with brief CVs/texts
Look at the Spanish Olympic strip and/or short texts about the strip
Design an Olympic strip for the Spanish team, bearing in mind the items that each competitor will need, and describe using colours and adjectival agreement
