Instructions:
Submit this form with each quarterly report for hands-on work performed by AmeriCorps members.
If more than one member worked on a project, please get together to fill out the form so you don’t duplicate the reporting. Put all of your names on
it, and one member submit it.
If working with volunteers you helped recruit / supervise, you can count acreage for total project. Volunteer work AC didn’t help with doesn’t count.
Please do a new form for each quarter that you report for your site. If you did additional (same or different) work within the same area previously
reported, do not count it again. If you work on additional area under the same project name, be sure it is clear that your report is for new acreage.
Public land is any land available to be used by the public. It does not have to be in government ownership. Check all categories of ownership
reported on that one form.
This is for hands-on work with an on-the-ground benefit. Acreage should reflect land actually worked on, not total area of indirect benefit. It is not
for survey, research, monitoring or mapping. However, if you do some hands-work while you are in the field, it can count. For example, if you are
GPSing a trail, and while you do so you remove debris and trash, then you can count it under those categories.
For trail work, count a reasonable (and fairly consistent) corridor width to convert length of trail worked on to acres. Please let us know the corridor
width that you used.
For work on historic buildings – count the size of the lot. Report it in the first quarter that substantial work is done on that property.
Supervisors:
If single supervisor, please sign at bottom that these activities contributed to stewardship objectives.
If multiple supervisors, or not familiar with all activities, please initial lines for activities you can certify that contributed to stewardship objectives.
E-form initials or signatures are acceptable – we’ll get hard copy for file later if needed.
