Legend for Rotations:
Hematology: Non-malignant hematology consults and inpatient service
BMT: Bone marrow transplant
Leukemia: Adult acute leukemia
*BMT and Leukemia share admissions of other hematologic
malignancies, ie, myeloma, lymphoma, etc.
Heme Path: Hematopathology
Transfusion Med: Blood Bank, Apheresis, Cell Component Therapy
Lab Med/Coag: Coagulation service, experience in performing and
evaluating laboratory tests of clotting function.
Outpatient: Outpatient consultations on newly referred solid tumor patients
Consult: Consults on newly diagnosed solid tumor patients on inpatient
services.
IPOP (Inpatient/Outpatient): Consults on newly referred outpatients or
newly diagnosed inpatients with hematologic malignancies
Solids: Inpatient Solid Tumor Service
