Outpatient: Outpatient consultations on newly referred solid tumor patients Consult: Consults on newly diagnosed solid tumor patients on inpatient services. IPOP (Inpatient/Outpatient): Consults on newly referred outpatients or newly diagnosed inpatients with hematologic malignancies Solids: Inpatient Solid Tumor Service
