MODELING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

Gardinier Phosphate Plant - Engineered design, construction plans, and SWMM to include 6 interconnected
drainage ponds and approximately 2 miles of double 48” HDPE drainage pipes.

Mannengon Hills; - Territory of Guam resort – Modeled $1.5 billion 1300-acre residential hillside development
which included 10 million cy earthwork, 100 retaining walls, 35 bridges, 15 miles of roadway & 45 holes of gulf.

Allen's Creek Watershed Management Plan - Linked EPA SWMM and Water Quality Analysis Program
(WASP4) for Florida’s first watershed waterbody Model with ArcInfo GIS database.

Carrollwood Villiage Outfall – Created and analyzed SWMM of golf course master plans to develop half-mile of
48” DIP stormwater outfall drain pipe down Dale Mabry Highway ROW to Sweetwater Creek.

Falkenberg Road - Updated Delenay Creek SWMM to develop pond and creek realignment for Crosstown Expy.

Alafia River - Created SWMM proposed and existing conditions for North Prong, South Prong and English
Creek, approximately 63% of the Alafia River Basin a 418 square mile drainage area.

Hillsborough River - Developed proposed conditions of SWMM basin study for Central River Systems.

Stonelake Ranch - Recompiled 7 mile length of Campbell Creek SWMM through site reconnaissance and
structure inspections to bring the existing 100-year flood stage down ~3 feet.

Litigation - Completed multiple Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) studies to resolve water rights and
land use disputes throughout the State of Florida.
ADMINISTRATIVE PUBLICATION PROJECTS

Automation Plan 95-97 - Developed Hillsborough County's Planning & Growth Management Department's plan
to increase equipment budgets by over 41%. This included systems to directly transfer digital data to the County
GIS, modeling and inventory systems. Technology and procedures were developed for CAD disk submittal for
review and permitting construction in 1072 square mile county jurisdiction.

Hillsborough County Stormwater Management Manual - Recompiled new permitting requirements developed
from Florida State guidelines, other local cities, and negotiations with engineers developing in the region.
TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
 Completed first county web site.
 Beta tested EPA SWMM Version 4.05 & 3.01.
 Specified Sun Sparc for 35 workstation LAN in Tampa office.
