Creating a Mini-Dictionary

These are the words you should include in your mini-dictionary:

Include the following for each of the 10 entries in your mini-dictionary:

One or more meanings for each word
The words divided into syllables with the accented syllables marked
A note of the language(s) from which the words originated
The part of speech for each meaning of the words
A graphic or picture of some type to represent at least 5 of the words (These can be
examples related to the words.)
Use word-processing software to create your dictionaries. You may choose any format you
wish. Your final product should be attractive, informative, and creative.
